Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique and original nature of the artwork:

• All sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged.

• Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• Refunds or replacements are issued at the Artist’s discretion.

Commissioned works are non-refundable once production has begun.

Commissioned pieces are created through a collaborative process. By commissioning artwork:

• A deposit (non-refundable) may be required.

• Estimated timelines are provided but may vary due to the evolving creative process.

• The final artwork may differ from initial sketches, as evolution and transformation are integral to the Artist’s practice.

Information regarding exhibitions, gallery displays, and art fairs is provided for informational purposes only and may change without notice.

Images of installations are for documentation and archival purposes and may not represent works currently available.
